"Coach Jay" has played, coached, and taught lacrosse since 1989. After a short hiatus from the sport, he dove back in when his children became old enough to play. The experience of playing, coaching, and being a father is a great combination to help new players learn the sport and experienced players take the next step. Jay's love for lacrosse is contagious -- and he is always willing to pick up a stick and play!
As a Licensed professional counselor, Jay focuses on teaching the psychology of sports. Understanding that great life lessons are learned by honoring the game, Jay instills self-confidence and self-esteem in all players he coaches.
