At Lightning Lacrosse, we are offering our six-week fall ball program to develop skills and continue a deep love for the game of lacrosse.  At Lightning, our coaches have decades of coaching and playing experience.  Most of the coaches have played or are playing at the collegiate level.  That experience is not what makes Lightning special.  The reason is that each athlete needs to be coached differently and is motivated in different ways.  We invest ourselves in learning about those athletes and working to bond our teams and coaches so we become better players and coaches through training.

Our Fall Ball program will be as follows:

• Six Weeks from September 17 through October 22, 2023. All Sunday Evenings.
• Who: 5th through 8th grade from 6-7:30 PM and High School from 7:30-9:00 PM
• Where: North Park Sports Dome in Hampton Township (Turf field, indoor ~ no rainouts)
• Cost: $130 for the six-week program.  
• Registration is open on the registration page of our website.

Optional Fall Tournament:  For the participants of the fall training, we will be offering the opportunity to play at the Graveyard Classic in Canon, Ohio.  This 8v8 event is played on the turf fields at the Pro Football Hall of Fame.  Each age group plays a minimum of three games in one day.  The 7/8th graders play Saturday, October 28, and 5/6th grade and High School play Sunday, October 29th.  The additional cost will be $125 for the event, including a reversible Lightning Jersey, registration for the tournament, and coaches. 

 *Can't make Fall Ball, no problem.  As a program, we encourage players to participate in other sports.  We know many girls play fall soccer, volleyball, and field hockey, to name a few.  We love that and feel multi-sport athletes are more well-rounded athletes.  After fall ball, we will offer a six-week league in late fall, early winter, and winter training in January and February.
